엔더3 인클로저 제작 기록 2 (Ender 3 Enclosure making history 2)

일단 크기대로 자르기는 했습니다만,
Once we were able to cut to size,

이것을 결합시키는 것도 쉬운 일은 아니었습니다.
It was not easy to combine this.

그리고 돈은 부족합니다.
And money is scarce.

공구함에 모아놓은 잡동사니들을 다 꺼내서, 어떻게든 맞추어 봅니다.
I take out all the junk collected in the tool box, and try to match it somehow.

나무를 다루는 것도 처음이라 이것저것 사고도 발생했습니다.
It was the first time to deal with trees.

나사를 박기 전에, 드릴로 충분한 크기의 구멍을 만들어두어야 합니다. 
Before screwing, make sure that you drill a hole of sufficient size. 

그렇지 않으면 나무에 틈이 생기고 벌어지네요.
Otherwise, there is a gap in the tree and it is getting wider.

철물점 가서 부족한 자재들 구입하여 조립 시작. 만원 지출
I went to a hardware store and purchased materials that were scarce and started assembling. 10 dollars

회사에서 드릴을 빌려오니 작업 효율이 엄청나네요.
We borrowed the drill from the company, and work efficiency became very good.

역시 돈이 최고입니다.
Money is also the best.

드디어 모양을 완성했습니다.
I finally finished the shape.

창문 대신 투명 아크릴판을 붙이기로 하였습니다.
We decided to attach a transparent acrylic plate instead of windows.

4만원 지출. 오마이갓
30 dollars. Shit!!

아크릴판 고정쇠는 3D 프린터로 뽑았습니다.
Acrylic plate fixture is made of 3D printer.

인클로저 구조는 완성된 것 같습니다.
The enclosure structure seems to have been completed.

이제 전기 배선을 합니다.
Now do the electrical wiring.

스위치 하나로 인클로저 안의 전기를 껏다켰다 할 겁니다.
I will turn the power in the enclosure on and off with a single switch.

가지고 있는 전선들만 사용하느라 전선의 색상이 이상합니다.
The color of the wire is strange because I use only the wires I have.

아무튼 콘센트만 구입. 지출 3000원
Anyway, just buy an outlet. 2 dollars.

마지막으로 필라멘트를 외부에서 넣기 위한 구멍을 뚫습니다.
Finally, I drilled a hole for inserting the filament from the outside.

그리고 필요한 부품들을 뽑아가면서 조립하여 완성하였습니다.
We assembled the necessary components by pulling them out.

다행스럽게도 방음이 확실히 됩니다.
Fortunately, I can hardly hear the noise.

만일 방음이 잘 되지 않으면, 실리콘으로 빈틈을 메꾸면 됩니다.
If the noise leaked, I was thinking of filling the gap with silicon.

6만원 정도에 인클로저를 완성했네요.
I finished the enclosure for about 45 dollars.

이제 마누라가 잠에서 깰일 없이 3D 프린터를 돌릴 수 있겠습니다.
Now I can run my 3D printer without waking my wife.
