엔더3 댐퍼 설치 기록 3 (Ender 3 damper installation 3)

익스트루더의 경우, 댐퍼를 설치하기엔 좀 특별합니다.
In the case of an extruder, it is a little special to install a damper.

X축과 Y축의 경우, 벨트의 장력이 약간 변화하긴 하지만 프린터가 동작하는데 이상이 없습니다.
On the X and Y axes, the tension of the belt changes slightly, but the printer is working.

그러나, 익스트루더에 댐퍼를 설치하면, 필라멘트를 잡는 장력이 댐퍼에 의해 감소하고, 압출 불량이 발생하게 됩니다.
However, when a damper is installed in the extruder, the tension to hold the filament decreases by the damper, and the extrusion failure occurs.

이 문제를 풀기 어려운 것이, 모터를 단단한 프레임에 고정해야 익스트루더가 정상적으로 동작할 수 있다는 점입니다.
The difficulty in solving this problem is that the motor must be fixed to a rigid frame so that the extruder can operate normally.

프레임에 고정하면 모터의 진동이 전달되어, 고주파 노이즈가 사라지지 않습니다.
When fixed to the frame, the vibration of the motor is transmitted, and the high frequency noise is not lost.

3D 프린터가 출력하는 동안 익스트루더의 모터는 계속 동작하기 때문에, 고주파 노이즈가 사라지지 않게 됩니다.
Since the motor of the extruder keeps running while the 3D printer is outputting, the high frequency noise will not disappear.

다음의 방법으로 문제를 해결하였습니다.
I've fixed the issue in the following ways:

Y축에 댐퍼를 설치하면서 남은 프레임 조각이 있습니다.
There are frame fragments remaining while installing a damper on the Y axis.

이 프레임조각에 익스트루더를 설치하고, 설치된 익스트루더를 댐퍼와 연결하였습니다.
I installed the extruder in this frame piece, and connected the extruder to the damper.

이 방법으로 익스트루더에 댐퍼를 설치 완료하였습니다.
In this way, the damper is installed in the extruder.

X축, Y축, 익스투르더에 댐퍼를 설치하니 고주파 노이즈는 거의 없어졌습니다.
Since the damper is installed on the X axis, Y axis, and extrude, high frequency noise is almost eliminated.

갑자기 쿨링팬 소리가 거슬리기 시작하네요.
